To help make one-on-one support accessible, I accept insurance for individual therapy sessions.

For group therapy, clinical supervision, and professional consultation, these specialized services are offered at flat private-pay rates. Keeping groups and consultation separate from insurance allows us the freedom to design rich, creative, and highly tailored experiences without the rigid restrictions standard insurance often requires.

For private pay clients, current session rates are: Individual Sessions: $175 & Family Sessions: $200

To make billing seamless and secure, all credit, debit, HSA and FSA payments are processed through Ivy Pay, a HIPAA compliant portal designed specifically for mental health practices. Your card is securely placed on file during intake and charge at time of service.

  • In-Network: I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO & Aetna.

  • Pending Panels: I am actively in the process of getting paneled with additional major insurance networks. Please feel free to reach out to check the current status of your plan.

  • Out-of-Network & Superbills: If I am not in-network, I can provide you with a monthly itemized receipt (superbill) that you can submit to insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for clients facing financial hardship. Please mention this during your initial consultation call to check availability.
